To use the AccessCounter.com stats service, you will need to sign-up at the site. You may, if you wish, upgrade on payment of $18.00 per year. The upgrade will:
(a) Make the image displayed on your site "invisible"
(b) Make your stats password protected
Spam Free Privacy Policy: AccessCounter.com does not use your email address for any purpose other than to occasionally communicate through an in-house newsletter offering new AccessCounter.com services and sponsors. Your email address is not sold or rented to any other company. You are allowed to create unlimited number of accounts, but an email address cannot be associated with more than one account. To use another account, you will need to use another email address.
You acknowledge and agree that your website information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by AccessCounter.com to create list of member sites, list of top sites, and to otherwise promote the service. AccessCounter.com retains ownership and all rights to this site content, logo, software, databases, reports, and information. AccessCounter.com's service is provided "As Is".
AccessCounter.com makes no guarantee of availability of the website statistics program or the data and is held harmless in the event of loss or interruption of service.
By using our free counter you agree of a placement of an invisible link on your website, next to the counter image. Tis link ensures your counter will stay free. Using our counter equals an agreement of that link placement.
AccessCounter.com reserves the right to modify, or change the Terms of Service at any time.
